1.1 General Shipping Information
Delivery is generally only available to the countries listed below.
Depending on the size and scope of your order, shipping will be carried out via Omniva, Latvijas Pasts, DPD, UPS, DHL, or a freight forwarder.
The applicable shipping costs will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process.
If you wish to have your order shipped to a country not listed, please contact us in advance via email at info@biolett.de.
Kindly provide the product(s), quantity, and full delivery address including country and postal code.
We will check availability and inform you whether shipping is possible, along with the applicable costs.

2.2 Combined Shipments
If you order multiple items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped together unless otherwise agreed.
In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time.
2.3. Start of Delivery Period
- For bank transfer (prepayment): the day after the payment order is issued
- For other payment methods: on the day following the conclusion of the contract / placement of the order
If the last day of the delivery period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, the period ends on the next working day.
