§ 1 Scope, Definitions
(1) These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between the Provider and its customers via the online shop.
(2) A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed. An entrepreneur is any natural or legal person acting in the course of their commercial or self-employed activity.
(3) Our offers are directed at customers within the countries we supply. Details are available on our website.
§ 2 Offers
Our offers are non-binding and do not constitute a binding offer but rather an invitation to place an order.
§ 3 Conclusion of Contract in the Online Shop
(1) By clicking the button “Order with obligation to pay,” the customer submits a binding offer.
(2) The contract is concluded through:
- our explicit acceptance (email), or
- shipment of the goods within 5 days
(3) An automatic order confirmation does not yet constitute acceptance.
(4) The customer is obliged to provide a correct email address.
§ 4 Conclusion of Contract Outside the Online Shop
A contract is concluded through written confirmation or acceptance of an offer outside the shop (e.g., via email or telephone).
§ 5 Product Offering and Availability
(1) We sell in particular:
- juices
- tea
- honey
- snacks
(2) Delivery times:
- Domestic: approx. 2–5 working days
- EU abroad: approx. 5–10 working days
(3) If a product is unavailable, we will inform the customer immediately and refund any payments already made.
§ 6 Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
§ 7 Prices and Shipping Costs
(1) All prices include statutory VAT.
(2) Shipping costs are shown separately during the ordering process.
§ 8 Payment
(1) Payment is made using the methods offered in the shop.
PayPal
When it comes to simple, secure, and fast online payments with just two clicks, PayPal is your reliable partner. If you do not yet have a PayPal account, you can easily set one up here.

Credit Card
As a customer of Mastercard, VISA, or American Express, you have the option to conveniently pay by credit card. The invoice amount will be charged to your credit card account when your order is dispatched.
Apple Pay
Apple Pay allows you to pay for your order securely and conveniently using your iPhone, iPad, or Mac. Your data remains protected, as Apple Pay uses a secure device code along with Face ID or Touch ID. Payment processing is fast and does not require manual entry of card details.
Requirement: an Apple device with Apple Wallet activated and a payment card stored.
Google Pay
With Google Pay, you can pay easily, quickly, and securely—directly via your Android smartphone or other compatible devices. After selecting Google Pay as your payment method, you will be guided through the payment process. Your payment information remains protected, as Google Pay uses encrypted virtual card numbers.
Requirement: a configured Google account and a payment method stored in Google Pay.
Invoice for Business Customers
Payment by invoice is only available to large customers, public or government institutions, schools, universities, and institutes with a billing address within the European Union. Please transfer the invoice amount, stating the invoice number, no later than 14 days after receiving the goods.

Cash on delivery is unfortunately not available. We ask for your understanding.
We also reserve the right to exclude certain payment methods for specific orders and to refer you to alternative payment options.
Your data is, of course, secure during all payment processes and in good hands with us. For further details on data protection, please refer to our privacy policy.
(2) The purchase price is due immediately unless otherwise agreed.
(3) In the event of late payment, we reserve the right to charge default interest.
§ 9 Transfer of Risk
(1) For consumers, the risk passes only upon delivery of the goods.
(2) For entrepreneurs, the risk passes upon handover to the shipping service provider.
§ 10 Warranty
(1) The statutory warranty rights apply.
(2) For consumers, the warranty period is 24 months.
(3) For entrepreneurs, the period may be reduced to 12 months.
§ 11 Liability
(1) We are fully liable for:
- intent and gross negligence
- injury to life, body, or health
(2) In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations.
§ 12 Right of Withdrawal
Consumers are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal.
Important note:
For food products (e.g., juices, tea, honey, snacks), the right of withdrawal may be excluded if:
- the goods are perishable, or
- sealed goods have been opened for hygiene reasons

§ 13 Contract Text
The contract text is stored and sent to the customer by email.
§ 14 Food-Specific Information
(1) Our products are food items and are subject to natural variations.
(2) Deviations in color, taste, or consistency do not constitute a defect.
(3) Best-before dates are indicated on the products.
(4) The goods must be stored in accordance with the storage instructions.
§ 15 Dispute Resolution
The EU provides a platform for online dispute resolution:

We are not obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings.
§ 16 Final Provisions
(1) The law of the Republic of Latvia applies, taking into account mandatory consumer protection provisions.
(2) The place of jurisdiction is, where permitted, the registered office of the company.
(3) If any provision is invalid, the remainder of the contract remains valid.
