Right of Withdrawal, Returns and Refunds
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from biolett.eu
If you are not satisfied with a product or if you received a damaged item, please contact us within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving your order.
To help us process your request quickly, please send us a letter following instructions below as well as:
- a photo of the product
- a short description of the issue
- your order number
After reviewing your request, we will offer a refund, replacement, or another suitable solution, depending on the situation.
Please note that opened or used food products generally cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless there is a quality issue.
Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 (fourteen) days without giving any reason.
Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period is 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which you or a third party named by you receives the goods.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email).
You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Refund Policy
If you cancel your order due to defective or damaged goods, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal.
If you cancel your order for any other reason, we will refund the payment received from you, excluding delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed.
Refunds will only be issued after we have received the returned goods from you.
Right to Withhold Refund
We may withhold the refund until:
- we have received the returned goods, or
- you have provided proof of return (whichever occurs first).
Return of Goods
You must send the goods back without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from the order. The deadline is considered met if the goods are sent before the expiry of the 14 (fourteen)-day period.
Return Shipping Costs
The customer bears the cost of returning the goods, except in cases of objectively defective products (in such cases, the return shipping costs are covered by Biolett).
Diminished Value of Goods
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the goods.
Exclusion or Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal (Very Important)
The right to withdraw from an order does not apply to:
- perishable goods (products that may spoil quickly or have a short shelf life)
- sealed food products that have been opened, except in cases of objectively defective goods
- goods that are no longer suitable for return for hygiene reasons if the packaging has been opened after delivery
This applies in particular to products such as:
- juices
- syrups
- tea
- honey
- snacks
