Shelf life & storage conditions: 24 months at a temperature from +5°C to +22°C. After opening, keep in a fridge and consume within 14 days.
Recommended daily: for daily immune support, adults are recommended to consume approximately 10–20 ml (1–2 tablespoons) of elderberry juice. In case of a cold, the amount can be temporarily increased up to 100 ml per day, preferably slightly warmed.
Elderberry juice is often rich and tart, so it is ideal for diluting with water in a 1:1 ratio, as a refreshing drink, and can also be added to tea or other beverages.
