Organic Elderflower Tea, Freeze-Dried

100% natural, freeze-dried, organic Elderflowers. No added sugar or other sweeteners, no preservatives, no colorants and no any other food additives. Elderflowers are grown, carefully harvested and freeze-dried in an ecologically clean environment at the certified organic farm Biolett. The product is produced using a vacuum drying method at low temperatures and preserves 98% of the original plant’s beneficial properties.

Preparation: Pour 250-300 ml of hot water (90–95 °C) over 1 level teaspoon of freeze-dried Elderflowers. Cover, steep for 10–20 minutes, then strain. Optionally, add honey and/or lemon. Can be consumed as a single-herb tea or blended with linden flowers, mint, thyme, rosehip.

Recommended use: 2–3 times per day, especially in cool weather or at the first signs of illness.

Important: Freeze-dried products retain a high concentration of nutrients. During freeze-drying, 5 volumes of raw product yield 1 volume of finished product. The properties and qualities of the product are preserved — 10 g of freeze-dried Elderflowers contain the same amount of nutrients and vitamins as 50 g of raw ones, which must be taken into account when dosing. Not a medicine. Herbal tea is not a substitute for treatment but serves as gentle natural support.
