Preparation: Pour 250-300 ml of hot water (90–95 °C) over 1–2 heaped teaspoons of Elderflowers. Cover, steep for 10–20 minutes, then strain. Optionally, add honey and/or lemon. Can be consumed as a single-herb tea or blended with linden flowers, mint, thyme, rosehip.

Recommended use: 2–3 times per day, especially in cool weather or at the first signs of illness.
