Organic Peppermint Tea, Freeze-Dried

100% natural, freeze-dried, organic Peppermint. No added sugar or other sweeteners, no preservatives, no colorants and no any other food additives. Peppermint is grown, carefully picked and freeze-dried in an ecologically clean environment at the certified organic farm Biolett. The product is produced using a vacuum drying method at low temperatures and preserves 98% of the original plant’s beneficial properties.

Peppermint tea is known for its beneficial properties. Each cup is a concentrate of natural components. Mint tea is an aromatic drink that improves digestion, calms the nervous system, and, thanks to menthol, helps with colds. It is ideal for evening tea time and relaxation. It pairs well with honey, lemon, black or green tea.

Preparation: Pour 250-300 ml of hot water (90–95 °C) over 1 level teaspoon of freeze-dried peppermint. Cover, steep for 10–20 minutes, then strain. Optionally, add honey and/or lemon. 

Recommended use: 1–2 times per day. In the morning: for cheerfulness and improved concentration (when combined with green tea). In the evening: 1–2 hours before bedtime to improve sleep onset. After meals: to aid digestion. Drink the tea immediately after brewing, as the essential oils evaporate quickly. In summer, peppermint tea is perfect served chilled with ice cubes.

Important: Freeze-dried products retain a high concentration of nutrients. During freeze-drying, 5 volumes of raw product yield 1 volume of finished product. The properties and qualities of the product are preserved — 10 g of freeze-dried Peppermint contain the same amount of nutrients and vitamins as 50 g of raw one, which must be taken into account when dosing. Not a medicine. Herbal tea is not a substitute for treatment but serves as gentle natural support.
