100% natural, freeze-dried, organic St. John’s wort. No added sugar or other sweeteners, no preservatives, no colorants and no any other food additives. St. John’s wort is grown, carefully harvested and freeze-dried in an ecologically clean environment at the certified organic farm Biolett. We carefully collect and select only high-quality St. John’s wort shoots during the active flowering period. The product is produced using a vacuum drying method at low temperatures and preserves 98% of the original plant’s beneficial properties.

St. John’s Wort tea is known for its beneficial properties. St. John’s wort is valued as a plant that supports emotional balance, immunity, and overall well-being. Each cup contains a concentrate of natural ingredients. The tea has a mild herbal aroma and a slightly tart taste with a subtle bitterness, which is revealed when brewed correctly. Ideal for evening tea time, relaxation, and rest.

Preparation: Pour 250-300 ml of hot water (90–95 °C) over 1 level teaspoon of freeze-dried St. John’s Wort. Cover, steep for 10–20 minutes, then strain. Optionally, add honey and/or lemon. 

Recommended use: 1–2 times per day for two weeks, then take a break. Consult a specialist if you have any health concerns.

Important: Freeze-dried products retain a high concentration of nutrients. During freeze-drying, 5 volumes of raw product yield 1 volume of finished product. The properties and qualities of the product are preserved — 10 g of freeze-dried St. John’s Wort contain the same amount of nutrients and vitamins as 50 g of raw one, which must be taken into account when dosing. Not a medicine. Herbal tea is not a substitute for treatment but serves as gentle natural support.

Avoid UV radiation (solarium, prolonged sun exposure) while consuming St. John’s wort tea, as the plant increases skin sensitivity to ultraviolet.
