This summer has been a busy one: we took part in several organic farmers’ markets and fairs — you can find posts about these events on our Facebook accounts. For us, these are always special occasions — a chance to present Biolett products in person, meet and chat with you, and see your genuine interest in what we create.
Meanwhile, work on the farm hasn’t stopped for a minute. Throughout the summer, we carefully harvested and dried or freeze-dried flowers, herbs, and berries for our teas. We also prepared fruit and berries for our snacks. With every seasonal harvest, we do our best to preserve nature’s gifts as carefully as possible, so they can bring you joy all year round.
And now we’re getting ready for one of the biggest events of the season — the aronia harvest. In September, the berries continue to soak up the sun, becoming juicier and sweeter — and the time comes when it’s important not to miss the right moment. Harvesting aronia requires precision and good teamwork: we need to start at the right time and finish before the long autumn rains arrive. We know this process well, and every year we rise to the challenge. September also brings the harvest of elderberries.
All of this is so that, very soon, we can turn the fresh harvest into your favourite juices, syrups, snacks, tea blends, and fragrant honey. And yes — the bees have already done their part in creating our delicious honey harvest. Our range includes wildflower honey, including varieties blended with aronia or cocoa.
And there’s one more piece of good news: our online shop is already open! Stay with us — there’s plenty of delicious, nutritious, wholesome, and truly natural goodness ahead, straight from our farm.
