Aronia is grown, Dandelion flowers and Aronia berries are carefully hand-picked and freeze-dried in an ecologically clean environment at the certified organic farm Biolett. The product is produced using a vacuum freeze-drying (lyophilization) method at low temperatures and preserves up to 98% of the original plants’ beneficial properties. Water is removed while the structure, aroma, and taste of the product are retained better compared to conventional drying methods. Freeze-dried products have a long shelf life and are convenient to use all year round.

Preparation: Pour 250-300 ml of hot water (90–95 °C) over 1 level teaspoon of freeze-dried Dandelion flowers and Aronia berries blend. Cover, steep for 10–20 minutes, then strain. Optionally, add honey and/or lemon.
Recommended use: For general body support: once daily, 30 minutes before meals to stimulate digestion and bile secretion.
Important: Freeze-dried products retain a high concentration of nutrients. During freeze-drying, 5 volumes of raw product yield 1 volume of finished product. The properties and qualities of the product are preserved — 10 g of freeze-dried Dandelion flowers and Aronia berries contain the same amount of nutrients and vitamins as 50 g of raw ones, which must be taken into account when dosing. Not a medicine. Herbal tea is not a substitute for treatment but serves as gentle natural support.
